Champignons Sautés Au Beurre -- Sauteed Mushrooms





Hello lovers of food!!  This video truly starts this ship moving.  This is a multi part segment that will end in Bouef Bourguignon  -- Beef Stew.    Due to the many dishes required for this dish I have broken up the video and will post it throughout the week.   I hope you enjoy these as much as I enjoyed making them.

  1. Great tip about not cooking wet mushrooms. They will absolutely not cook right. I even go as far as to not wash them, but wipe them off with a paper towel instead so I can cook them right away.
    Might need to work on your French annunciation tho if you're going to continue on a French cuisine career :)
