Hello lovers of food!! This video truly starts this ship moving. This is a multi part segment that will end in Bouef Bourguignon -- Beef Stew. Great tip about not cooking wet mushrooms. They will absolutely not cook right. I even go as far as to not wash them, but wipe them off with a paper towel instead so I can cook them right away.
